Special Effect 3: Once per Short or Long rest, you can cast Crown of Wisps, using your Religion skill as the Spell Skill without using Mana.

Curse: This Helmet is completely made of magical Wax that covers your entire Head and Face. This Wax is completely fused to your face, and you cannot take it off. When this wax gets hot, it also starts to burn your face. These traits are manifested in these ways:

• When you take fire damage, you must succeed on a Concentration Save (DC 15), or lose your Blind Senses and become Completely Blinded for 1 turn.
• You have disadvantage on Persuasion Checks because you look like a lunatic.
