Duration: 1 minute, using Concentration

Effect: You create a tornado.

Choose 1 point within reach. The area within 60 feet of that point becomes covered by a Tornado. The area of that Tornado is considered harsh terrain.

All creatures that start their turn in the tornado’s area, or enter in that area for the first time during their turn must succeed on an Athletics Save. A Flying creature makes this Save with disadvantage. On a fail, that creature is thrown 60 feet away in a random direction, taking 6d10 strike damage, becoming Knocked Prone.

The tornado also pushes projectiles away, making any Ranged Attack that has to pass through the tornado’s area automatically miss.

While Concentrating on this spell, you can also use your Bonus Action to move the point of this tornado up to 60 feet in any direction, but the point must still be within reach.

This spell creates powerful winds that disperse any gas.

Upcast: If you upcast this spell, you can increase this damage by 1d10 for each level upcasted.
