Special Effect 1: When you hit a Melee Attack with this weapon, you can immediately make another Melee Attack against another creature within reach as a Free Action. However, you cannot Attack the same creature twice on your turn with this effect.

Special Effect 2: Both your Base and Dash speeds are increased by 10 feet while wielding this weapon.
