Special Effect 1: On a hit, you deal extra +2 psychic damage.

Light Weapon Attacks deal extra +1 psychic damage instead.

Special Effect 2: Whenever a creature within 30 feet misses an Attack, you can use your Reaction to insult that creature with this weapon. This weapon cast the Vicious Words spell (DC 15) against the creature, ignoring any restrictions of normal spells.

Curse: You cannot end this weapon’s attunement, and this weapon always returns to you, either by teleporting, or simply appearing to you by coincidence. Whenever you score a Critical Fail, this weapon casts the Vicious Words spell (DC 10) against you.
