Duration: Instantaneous

Effect: You make a creature fall asleep.

Choose 1 target within reach. That target must succeed on a Concentration Save, or become Unconscious. A creature with 20 or more HP automatically succeeds this Save.

If a creature Unconscious in this way takes any damage, or if someone uses an Action to shake it, it then wakes up and it stops being Unconscious.
