Choose 1 creature within reach. That creature must make an Insight Save. On a fail, it becomes Scared of you and takes 5d10 psychic damage. On a success, it takes only half that damage.

Upcast: If you upcast this spell, you can increase this damage by 1d10 for each level upcasted.
