Potion of Revive
Very Rare Potion
If you apply this potion to a creature that has been dead for less than 10 minutes, that creature must then make a Luck Check. If the result is 10 or higher, that creature comes back to life as if by the effect of the Revive spell, but without being affected by any Curse.
If the result was less than 10, it instead transforms into an Undead creature with the same Tier that it had while alive.
Potions
Potions can be crafted with Alchemist’s Tools and grant unique effects when consumed.
As an Action, you can consume 1 Potion or apply it to any willing creature within 5 feet, using a free hand.
