Effect: You provoke an insanely loud and terrifying scream, which provokes mass fear and death.

All creatures within reach must make an Endurance Save. On a fail, a creature takes 6d8 sonic damage and it becomes Deafened for 1 minute. On a success, it only takes half that damage instead.

A creature that takes this sonic damage must also make an Insight Save. On a fail, it becomes Scared of everything for 2 turns and takes 6d8 psychic damage. On a success, it only takes half that psychic damage.
