Duration: 1 minute, using Concentration

Effect: You create a small tornado.

Choose 1 point within reach. The area within 20 feet of that point becomes a Minor Tornado, which is considered harsh terrain.

All creatures that start their turn in the tornado’s area, or enter in that area for the first time during their turn must succeed on an Athletics Save. A Flying creature makes this Save with disadvantage.

On a fail, that creature is thrown 30 feet away in a random direction, taking 2d10 strike damage and becoming Knocked Prone. The tornado also pushes projectiles away, making any Ranged Attack that has to pass through the tornado’s area automatically miss.

While Concentrating on this spell, you can also use your Bonus Action to move the point of this tornado up to 20 feet in any direction, but the point must still be within reach.

This spell creates powerful winds that disperse any gas.

Upcast: If you upcast this spell, you can increase this damage by 1d10 for each level upcasted.
