Special Effect 1: You can stretch your arms 30 feet in any direction. Whenever you make a Melee Attack, you can transform it into a Ranged Attack with a reach of 30 feet.

Special Effect 2: On a hit , you deal extra +2 eletric damage

Light Weapon Attacks deal extra +1 eletric damage instead.

Permanent Curse You must lose your real arms in order to attach these mechanical ones. In addition, the mechanical arms run out of energy if you don’t recharge them everyday. They can be recharged with any source of electric power or by spending 1 Mana Point.
