Special Effect 1: All the damage you deal with this weapon is electric.

Special Effect 2: On a hit, you can deal extra +6 electric damage. 

All creatures of your choice within 30 feet of that target also take this electric damage.

Special Effect 3: Once per round, you can cast Bolt of Lightning as a Quick Spell that uses your Action with this weapon without using Mana. You use the Religion skill as the Spell Skill for that spell.

Special Effect 4: This weapon immediately reappears in your hand after you throw it.

Special Effect 5: You can use the Fly Hover Speed as your Base Speed.
