Duration: 1 hour, using Concentration

Effect: You create a sphere where any sound is blocked.

Choose 1 point within reach. The area within 20 feet of that point becomes completely silent. All creatures inside that area become Deafened. Creatures can still cast spells while in that area.

As a Bonus Action, you can also move the point of this sphere 20 feet in any direction.
