Reach: 120 feet

Duration: 10 minutes, using Concentration

Effect: You create a cloud of fog.

Choose 1 point within reach. All the area within 20 feet of that point becomes full of fog. All creatures in that area must make a Perception Save. On a fail, they become completely Blinded while in that area. On a success, they become partially Blinded while in that area.

Creatures then repeat this Perception Save at the end of their turns.

A strong wind or similar effect can also disperse this fog.
