Effect: You partially summon the voice of a young dragon for a couple of seconds.

All creatures within 60 feet of you must make an Endurance Save. On a fail, a creature takes 4d8 sonic damage and becomes Deafened for 1 turn. On a success, it takes only half that damage.

A creature that takes this sonic damage must also succeed on an Insight Save, or become Scared of you for 1 turn.

Upcast: If you upcast this spell, you can increase this damage by 1d8 for each level upcasted.
