Effect: You blow winds at freezing temperatures.

All creatures in a 30 feet wide and 30 feet long area in front of you must make an Endurance Save. On a fail, a creature takes 4d8 cold damage and becomes Contained for 2 turns. On a success, a creature only takes half that damage.

This spell creates powerful winds that disperse any gas.

Upcast: If you upcast this spell, you can increase this damage by 1d8 for each level upcasted.
