Effect: You create a dark cursed flame that burns any living creature until it dies.
Make 1 Ranged Attack within reach. On a hit, the target takes 3d12 fire and 3d12 dark damages. Regardless if the Attack misses or hits, the target must also make an Agility Save, taking 3d12 fire and 3d12 dark damage on a fail, or half as much on a success. A creature that takes both this dark and fire damage also becomes Cursed.
While Cursed this way, the target becomes Ignited (1d12) by the black flames, and the fire cannot be doused, even if the target is underwater or if it succeeds on an Agility Save.
The only way to “douse” the fire is by removing the part of its body that is on fire. A creature can use 1 Action to make a Medicine Check (DC 20) if the Cursed target is willing. On a fail, it removes the body part very violently, making the target lose 30 HP and start Bleeding (1d12). On a success, the target loses 10 HP and starts Bleeding (1d4) instead.
Regardless if the creature fails or succeeds this Medicine Check, the Cursed is then broken and the target stops being Ignited.
