Effect: You and up to 10 creatures of your choice can travel to another dimension.

If you have a specific location you wish to travel to in that dimension, such as a city, you will be transported to the nearest unoccupied space in its vicinity.

Additionally, if you have knowledge of a circle of teleportation or its password in the target dimension, you can choose to teleport to that circle.

You can create a permanent portal to that dimension by casting this spell in the same location every month for one year.
