Effect: You magically connect with one deity you worship, who can answer one question regarding the future. The deity will respond truthfully, either through a prophecy, a short sentence, or mental images.

If the future is uncertain, the deity may indicate so, or choose not to respond.

If you disrespect the deity, you must make a Persuasion Save (DC 20). On a fail, you become Cursed. The next time you cast this spell while cursed in this way, you take 10d10 psychic damage and the spell fails.

Deities may feel disrespected if you disturb them too often on the same day, or if you fail to show gratitude for their presence.
