Duration: 1 minute, using Concentration

Effect: You fill a space with multiple static images, making any creature disoriented.

Choose 1 creature within reach to be covered by multiple static and distorted images.

That creature must then make a Perception Save. On a fail, it becomes completely Blinded for 1 turn. On a success, it becomes partially Blinded for 1 turn instead.

While Concentrating, you can cast this spell again without using any Mana.
