Effect: You blow a freezing wind in front of you.

All creatures in a 15 feet wide and 30 feet long area in front of you must make an Endurance Save. On a fail, a creature takes 2d8 cold damage and becomes Contained for 1 turn. On a success, it takes only half that damage.

Upcast: If you upcast this spell, you can increase this damage by 1d8 for each level upcasted.
