Reach: 30 feet

Duration: Instantaneous

Effect: You curse a creature with a forbidden language.

To cast this spell, you must know how to speak the Infernal Speech language.

When a creature within reach hits you with an Attack, you can use your Reaction to curse that creature.

That creature must then make an Insight Save. On a fail, it becomes Scared of you for 1 turn and takes 2d10 psychic damage. On a success, it only takes half that damage.

Curse: You become unable to curse in any language other than Infernal Speech. If you try to insult, disrespect, or taunt someone, you will do so in Infernal Speech, revealing to anyone that you know this dangerous language.

Upcast: If you upcast this spell, you can increase this damage by 1d10 for each level upcasted.
