Special Effect: When you use your Reaction to defend with this Shield while exposed to light, you can use your Reaction to blind a target. That target must then succeed on a Reflex Save against your own Reflex, or become completely Blinded until the end of its current turn. If it is a Great Shield, you can use your Reaction to blind a target this way before it Attacks you.
