Special Effect: A creature can use both hands to play this flute. This flute sound attracts all the rats within 50 miles, which mindlessly follows the person playing the flute. The wielder of this flute can also choose to attract all creatures that did not reach adulthood within 50 miles instead.
Curse: This Flute is Cursed with fey magic. Once a creature starts to play this flute, it cannot willingly stop playing it. After 1 hour, the creature starts to Suffocate as it runs out of air. With the help of someone, the creature can stop playing the flute and the Curse is then broken. However, all the rats become hostile to any creature that attempts to help the creature playing the flute.
